Salary & Compensation
• Starting Salary: RMB 24,000/month (before tax)
• Experienced Candidates: RMB 28,000+/month (requires Master's degree or above plus rich teaching experience)
• Housing: On-campus apartment provided, OR off-campus housing subsidy of RMB 4,000/month (before tax)
• Vacation Pay: 80% of salary paid during winter and summer vacations
• Contract: First-year contract runs from late August to mid-July; summer vacation included upon contract renewal
Working Hours
• 7:30–17:30 (Primary School)
• 2-hour lunch break
