We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tennis Coach to work with high-performance players. The ideal candidate will bring a strong competitive playing background and the ability to actively train and spar with advanced athletes, contributing to their technical, tactical, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level coaching sessions to performance and elite players
Actively spar and rally with players to simulate match conditions
Design and implement structured training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
Develop technical skills, match strategy, and mental performance
Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback
Assist in tournament preparation and on-site coaching when required
Collaborate with fitness trainers and support staff for holistic player development

Requirements:

Strong personal competitive tennis background (national or international level preferred)
Proven ability to rally and spar with high-performance players
Coaching certification (ITF, PTR, or equivalent preferred)
Experience working with junior or professional players
Solid understanding of modern training methodologies and match play tactics
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel for tournaments

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience in an academy or high-performance environment
Experience working internationally or in China
Basic understanding of sports science, conditioning, and injury prevention
