Requirements:
• Capable of simultaneously handling teaching tasks in Mathematics and one or more Science
subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology);
• Emphasize conceptual teaching rather than mere exam-oriented
instruction;
• Preference will be given to candidates with Grade 9–12 teaching experience or AP course instruction experience.

Basic Requirements for Applicants:
-Genuine passion for children, with a particular willingness to build long-term and meaningful relationships with adolescent students
-View education as a calling, not just a job
-Open-minded, willing to reflect, and eager to learn new educational philosophies
-Strong interest in Montessori education and a commitment to systematic training. The school will select qualified teachers for summer study programs in the United States. Upon completing theoretical courses and internships, teachers will obtain an internationally recognized Montessori certification.
-Ability to work in a developing program, demonstrating flexibility and a pioneering spirit
-Willing to commit long-term and grow together with the school
-Native English speakers or non-native speakers with at least two years of relevant work experience
