[Job Responsibilities]
1.Assist the General Manager in formulating and driving the implementation of key management tasks, and support the advancement of internal control management within the team. Deconstruct and undertake performance indicators related to the GM’s objectives, establish a complete closed-loop system from decision-making to execution, and ensure orderly, efficient, and effective implementation of all tasks.
2.Lead the formulation of department responsibilities, annual goals, performance evaluations, and incentive plans to ensure the implementation of decisions.
3.Guide the team in promoting the efficient development of resources and effectively driving the execution of strategic goals.
4.Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to play an active role in cross-departmental collaboration.
5.Assist the General Manager in business negotiations and relationship maintenance, with a focus on expanding large project resources in sectors such as petrochemicals, energy, and power.
6.Assist the General Manager in daily business affairs, including travel coordination and document management.
7.Handle meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-up tasks to ensure the implementation of decisions.
8.Participate in company strategic planning and corporate development, and draft related reports and proposals.
9.Assist in external liaison and public relations to maintain a positive company image.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
[Job Requirements]
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, any major. Strong systematic thinking skills, good at analysis, excellent communication, organization, and coordination abilities.
2.Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to execute high-stakes cross-cultural business communication, negotiations, and documentation.
3.Willing to accept short-term business trips; adaptable with a high level of professionalism.
4.Hardworking, able to handle high work pressure.
5.Meticulous, conscientious, rigorous, and a team player.
