**English-Speaking Host for SSC Creator Network**
Job Description
StarSync Collective Creator Network Inc. is looking for an energetic English-speaking live host to support our TikTok creator recruitment in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The host will represent SSC in live streams, introduce our creator network services, communicate with potential TikTok creators, and help convert interested users into applicants or signed creators.
Responsibilities
1. **Host English live streams for recruitment and sales**
Present and explain SSC’s creator network services, benefits, community support, and growth opportunities to potential TikTok creators and users in the U.S. and Canada.
2. **Build relationships with TikTok creators**
Interact with American and Canadian TikTok creators through live conversations, comments, direct communication, and friendly engagement to build trust and interest.
3. **Support conversion and recruitment results**
Work closely with the operations team to improve scripts, live stream flow, audience engagement, lead collection, and creator sign-up conversion rates.
4. **Represent SSC’s brand image**
Act as the front-facing English host for SSC, delivering a professional, friendly, confident, and trustworthy image to the North American creator community.
Requirements
* Fluent English speaking ability with clear pronunciation and natural communication style
* Outgoing, energetic, confident on camera, and comfortable talking to new people
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Interested in TikTok, livestreaming, social media, and creator culture
* Able to understand and explain services clearly during live streams
* Willing to work with the operations team to review performance and improve conversion results
* Experience in livestreaming, sales, hosting, customer service, or social media is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Native English speaker or strong English-speaking background
* Experience living, studying, or working in the U.S. or Canada
* Familiar with TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, or other social platforms
* Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
* Previous experience in creator recruitment, online sales, or live hosting is a strong plus
