Job Responsibilities
I. Teaching Work
1. Be responsible for primary school English teaching; formulate detailed teaching plans and classroom teaching activities in accordance with the school’s teaching schedule and textbooks.
2. Adopt lively and engaging teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate their abilities in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and attach importance to the cultivation of English cultural awareness and thinking habits.
3. Actively participate in school teaching and research activities, continuously improve personal teaching proficiency, optimize teaching methods, and explore more effective teaching models.
4. Carefully grade students’ homework, timely give feedback on students’ learning performance, and provide individual tutoring based on students’ learning conditions.
5. Take an active part in various teaching activities organized by the school, such as open classes and teaching competitions.
6. Cooperate with the school in the teaching management of the English subject, including participation in textbook selection and the development of teaching resources.
II. Student Management
1. Serve as a deputy head teacher, manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
2. Pay attention to individual differences among students, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, help students overcome learning difficulties and enhance their learning interest.
3. Maintain smooth communication with parents, timely feedback students’ academic performance, and work together with parents to help students solve learning problems.
III. Other Duties
1. Actively participate in various school events, including Sports Festival, Culture Festival, English clubs and other activities.
2. Conscientiously complete other tasks assigned by the school leadership.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Native speaker of an English-speaking country.
2. Passionate about education with good professional ethics and teaching morality.
3. Possess a solid command of the English language and be able to conduct teaching proficiently in English.
4. Master modern English teaching theories and methodologies, with competent teaching skills and classroom management capabilities.
5. Demonstrate good communication skills, organizational skills and team spirit.
6. Proactively learn and apply new teaching concepts and educational technologies.
7. Have relevant English teaching experience and hold a valid teaching qualification certificate.
Note: The recruitment of foreign English teachers for this semester focuses on teachers specializing in English reading instruction.
