Salary & Contract
• Salary Range: 22K–30K RMB/month (pre-tax), depending on qualifications and teaching experience
• Contract Period: 2 years
• Teaching Load: Up to 25 periods per week (40–45 mins each)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to primary school students
• Assign, correct, and mark student work
• Assess, record, and report on student development, progress, attainment, and behavior
• Promote the general progress and well-being of students
• Provide guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters
• Collaborate with school staff and parents/guardians to ensure the best interests of students
• Review and evaluate teaching and learning strategies in line with the school curriculum framework
• Participate in in-house training and contribute to the school’s professional development program
• Maintain good order and discipline among students and safeguard their health and safety
• Facilitate a culture of reflective practice and learner-centered teaching
• Take 1–2 ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) sessions per week
• Conduct morning and evening reading sessions as required
Requirements
• Native English speaker
• Must have experience in teaching English at the primary school level
