Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to the kindergarten's international education philosophy, undertake English teaching for 3-6-year-old children. Design age-appropriate and interesting courses (listening, speaking, songs, picture books, games) to stimulate children’s English interest and language perception.
- Create an immersive English environment, interact with children in English daily to cultivate their English thinking and encourage them to speak boldly.
- Participate in planning and organizing international cultural activities to convey multicultural knowledge and foster cross-cultural awareness.
- Cooperate with Chinese teachers in teaching collaboration, research and lesson preparation; feedback children’s learning progress to parents regularly.
- Abide by kindergarten rules, ensure children’s safety during teaching, and complete relevant teaching tasks.
- Participate in training and team activities to improve professional ability and integrate into the team.

Working location: Guangzhou, Suzhou, Qingdao, Wuhan, Wuxi, Yangzhou, Shenzhen, Hefei, Foshan, Nantong, Xiamen, Kunming, Dalian

Job Requirements
Core Requirements
- Native English speaker (preferably from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) with standard pronunciation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Preschool/English Education preferred; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is a plus.
- 2+ year kindergarten English teaching experience preferred; familiar with 3-6-year-old children’s physical and mental development.

Ability Requirements
- Passionate about early childhood education, patient, caring and responsible; good at communicating with children.
- Strong teaching organization and classroom management ability; proficient in interesting teaching methods (games, songs, etc.).
- Basic communication skills; basic Chinese proficiency is preferred but not required.
- No criminal record, healthy; valid passport and work visa (or willing to cooperate with visa application).
- Proactive, optimistic and team-oriented, willing to cooperate with kindergarten arrangements.

Preferred Conditions
- Experience in international/bilingual kindergartens is preferred.
- With early childhood art/sports specialties (music, painting, dance, etc.) is a plus.
- Early childhood education certificate and Chinese foundation are preferred.
