Job Responsibilities – Foreign Teacher
1.English Teaching Preparation: Complete lesson plans and teaching aids for the half-day English teaching activities in advance, ensuring content meets the age characteristics and language development level of the children.
2.Half-Day English Teaching: During the English teaching session, create an all-English or immersive language environment, using games, songs, picture books, etc., to stimulate children's interest in English learning and encourage them to actively express themselves.
3.Half-Day Classroom Management: Assist the Chinese lead teacher in daily classroom management, routine care, behavioral routine cultivation, and children's safety supervision.
4.Classroom Observation and Recording: Make classroom observation notes after class to understand each child's learning characteristics, behavioral habits, and developmental needs, providing a basis for individualized guidance.
5.Collaboration on Teaching Activities: Cooperate with the teaching team to carry out teaching and research activities, proactively offer teaching suggestions, and participate in curriculum improvement.
6.Home-School Communication: Communicate with parents in a timely manner about children's performance in the kindergarten (including English learning progress and daily behavior), deliver information on children's development, and promote effective home-school collaboration.
7.Assistance with Kindergarten Affairs: Assist the kindergarten in organizing various large-scale activities, social practices, festivals, and celebrations.

    CA Hills Zhongguan Kindergarten is the first benchmark direct-run kindergarten under Guo'ao Education. Officially opened in September 2017, it is located in the new central urban area of Chenghai District. Since its establishment, it has received numerous honors, including "District-Level Kindergarten", "District-Level Standardized Kindergarten", "Shantou City Grade A Unit in the First Phase of 2022 Catering Service Food Safety Quantitative Grading Management", and "Advanced Kindergarten". The overall design of the kindergarten features grass green and natural wood as the basic tones, creating a sunlit natural castle style. The total building area exceeds 4,560 square meters, with an outdoor area of 1,092 square meters, providing 500 student places for local young children and families. The outdoor facilities include a playground, a 30-meter track, a splash pool, a sandpit, a basketball court, a soccer field, and large play equipment. Indoor facilities include a library, an indoor sports ground, an art room, a dance and music room, a multi-function hall, a fitness center, a life skills room (including a woodworking workshop, a textile and pottery room, a tea-tasting area, and a cooking area), as well as modern teaching equipment in each classroom.

    CA Hills Zhongguan Kindergarten adheres to the educational philosophy of "nourishing subtly, leaving no trace in education". It is child-centered and offers a variety of teaching activities such as soccer, basketball, taekwondo, ballet, pottery, and weaving. The kindergarten also holds large-scale social practice activities on an irregular basis—"Measuring the Chaoshan Region with My Feet"—which allows children to learn about and explore the cultures of various places in Chaoshan, fostering a love for their hometown and the motherland, and comprehensively cultivating their physical fitness, cognitive abilities, artistic literacy, and international vision. Since its opening, it has been well recognized by local parents and peers in the education community. To date, CA Hills Zhongguan Kindergarten has reached full enrollment.
