-Fairmont: 50% Chinese and 50% English teaching,
-Calvert: 10% Chinese and 90% English teaching

Details:
- Salary: 26,000-28,000 rmb/m before tax,
- Housing: 4,000 rmb/m (can be after tax if provide fapiao),
