7. Salary Range and Accommodation: 22K–25K /month (before taxes; includes a performance bonus of 1K). The salary is negotiable based on education level, qualifications, and teaching experience.
8. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, from 8:00 to 17:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break).
9. Benefits: Contribution to five types of insurance, holiday benefits, and 5 days of paid annual leave after one year of service (which can typically only be scheduled during winter and summer vacations).
10. Miscellaneous:
(1) At least one year of experience teaching English to children (preferably with experience teaching in Chinese kindergartens).
(2) Qualifications required: Possess a valid work visa, hold a TEFL/TESOL certification (preference for the preschool sector), and have a certificate as a kindergarten teacher.
