Kindergarten Teacher (Montessori 0–3) – Beijing, China

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher to join our international early years team in Beijing. This role is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and experienced in Montessori teaching for children aged 0–3 years old.

Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for young learners
Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori-inspired lessons and activities
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Observe and assess student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow educators
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
Montessori 0–3 certification preferred, or relevant Montessori teaching experience
Passion for working with young children in an international environment
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Previous kindergarten or early years teaching experience preferred
