Job Responsibilities
1. Provide professional tennis coaching for youth and adult students at the club, develop international‑standard training plans, and deliver private lessons, small‑group classes and elite team training.
2. Introduce advanced European and American tennis teaching systems, optimize curriculum standards, and support the club in organizing international tennis open classes and exchange activities.
3. Deliver technical guidance and physical training for students, ensure on‑site safety, regularly update parents on training progress, and improve student satisfaction and course renewal rates.
