About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced native English teacher to join our faculty. You will work alongside local teachers to deliver engaging English courses, support student development, and contribute to our school’s international education program.

Teacher Requirements
1. Eligibility
- Nationality: The US/UK,Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland.
- No criminal record, good physical health, and positive personal character
- No bad habits; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Passion for teaching students in a public school setting; large-class teaching experience is a plus

2. Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably from a world-renowned university)
- Valid teaching certification (CELTA / Delta / home country teaching license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a public middle/high school
- Education or English Education majors, or current full-time teachers, are preferred
 
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching Load: Up to 25 lessons per week. Additional lessons/overtime will be discussed separately.
- Deliver engaging oral English and special courses to Grade 10 and 11 students.
- Collaborate with Chinese English teachers to improve students’ speaking skills, overall English proficiency, and international perspective.
- Grade homework and exams, and conduct regular assessments (mid-term, final, and ongoing evaluations).
- Per Semester:

- 1 open class demonstration
- 1 English teacher lecture
- Multiple teaching workshops/seminars
Optional additional duties (as assigned):
- Student club advisor
- Weekly elective course instruction
- Coaching for English-related school activities
 
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: RMB 250,000 – 290,000 (before tax)
- Full five social insurance contributions provided
- Free self-service breakfast and lunch on school days
