7. Salary Range and Accommodation: 18-22K pre-tax + 1200 housing allowance (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
8. Working hours: 7:40-16:30 (Monday to Friday). Double holidays.
9. Benefits: 15-30 days of vacation during winter and summer breaks (half-salary during winter and summer vacations). Foreign instructors are required to purchase commercial insurance. New employees will receive 2,000 yuan out of their pre-tax income of 10,000 yuan as their first month’s salary. 8,000 yuan out of the pre-tax amount of 10,000 will be paid as the final paycheck for the Employer during the term of the contract.
10. Miscellaneous: At least three years of experience in teaching children; ability to lead a class independently, without relying on teaching assistants.
