looking for foreigners， based in Beijing or overseas

Responsibilities:
Independently manage a specific vertical (Gaming / Finance / iGaming / AI) or assigned region
Acquire high-quality direct advertisers and agencies
Continuously drive the sales pipeline, follow up on conversions, and conduct performance reviews
Lead test proposals and scale budgets
Collect industry and competitor insights to support team decision-making
Requirements:
1-3 years of BD experience at major media buying agencies, mobile advertising agencies, third-party platforms, or programmatic advertising companies
Basic understanding of mobile internet, digital advertising, and overseas markets, with some client resources preferred
Strong execution and action-oriented mindset
Strong pressure tolerance; able to manage KPIs, business travel, and long-cycle client development
English proficiency for daily work communication
