Beijing, kindergarten teacher position (K2&K3 homeroom) is available, starting in August,2026.

Job Description:
Working Days & Hours: 188 School days in a year, normally there is 1.5 months’ summer holiday in July and August, 2weeks Christmas holiday in December, 2 weeks’ winter holiday during Chinese Spring Festival.

Work hours is from 7.30am to 4.30pm on work days.

Requirements:
FEMALE teacher only.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Education or the applied teaching
position related.
Registered teaching credentials, QTS, PGCE, licensed teacher from candidates’
own country are preferred.
More than two years teaching experience are preferred.
English Native language speakers only.




Expats Teachers’ Standard Compensation & Benefits:

Normally offers a standard two years’ contract, starts from August 1st, ends on
July 31st, with three months’ probation.

Monthly salary before tax: follow school's pay scale, considering factors as
education background, teaching qualification and teaching years.

24 months’ salary based on attendance, full payment for winter and summer
vacations. 9% fixed plus 6% variable of total 24 months’ salary as the gratuity
after completing two years’ contract.

School apartment/housing allowance is provided.

Children education: up to two children’s 100% tuition fee subsidy is provided to
per teacher.

MSH Global medical insurance with family covered, and Chinese Social Security
Insurance.

Purchase Entry flight ticket for overseas hire Expats, offer RMB5000 allowance
for Local(reside in China when offer) hire Expats, offer up to RMB2000 baggage
allowance which is reimbursable for both. RMB10,000 middle contract flight
allowance, RMB5,000 exit flight allowance.

Visa application related documents authentication fees, visa fees, medical check
fees are reimbursable. Follow police request, apply for Chinese Work Permit and
Work Residence.

Mac laptop purchase subsidy, usage and ownership belongs to teachers.
