Working time:  8:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Salary and Benefits Package:
• Monthly Salary 25k-27k per month (before tax);
• Housing: School on-site apartment or housing allowance pre-tax RMB 1,500/month provided
• Insurance: Hign-end Medical Insurance provided
• Performance Bonus: Academic-year performance bonus of up to RMB 20,000
• Flight Allowance: Taxable flight allowance of RMB 15,000 per academic year
• Meals: Free working-day meals provided at the school cafeteria
• Teacher interest class: A variety of teacher interest courses offered each semester (eg. Yoga, Dance, Golf...)
• Faculty members enjoy free access to the school’s fully equipped on-campus gym

PAID HOLIDAYS (Full Paid)
• Winter Holidays around 3-4 weeks full paid
• Summer Holidays around 6 weeks full paid
• Christmas Holidays 1 day full paid
• Other paid holidays based on national statutory holidays arrangement;

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• Native English speakers from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand are preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree or above
• Relevant English teaching experience and prior teaching experience in schools in China are preferred
