Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated, experienced, and passionate native-level ESL teachers for our secondary school department. The ideal candidate is committed to holistic education, able to bring positive energy to the classroom, and willing to contribute actively to school development and community activities.

Basic Requirements

- Native-level English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant educational subjects
- Valid formal teaching qualification and certification
- Minimum 3 years of full-time successful teaching experience
- Fully eligible and qualified for China work visa application
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents and faculty members
- Responsible, passionate, and committed to long-term educational impact

Compensation & Benefits (Pre-tax)

- Competitive Monthly Salary: RMB 26,000 – 33,000, determined by personal qualifications and teaching experience
