General Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle School English Teacher to join our bilingual school in Hangzhou. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to middle school students, fostering both language acquisition and critical thinking skills in a supportive, immersive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons aligned with the school’s bilingual curriculum.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

Collaborate with Chinese and international teachers to integrate cross-curricular content.

Create an inclusive classroom environment that respects cultural and linguistic diversity.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of full-time middle school English teaching experience

Stable work history

Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state teaching license, or equivalent) preferred.
