1. Deliver high-quality English courses for young kids aged 3-6 in a lively, interactive and age-appropriate way. Follow kindergarten’s teaching syllabus, prepare lessons carefully, organize classroom activities, and cultivate children’s interest in oral English and cross-cultural awareness.
教学工作
面向3-6岁幼儿开展生动、趣味、适配幼儿年龄的英文教学，严格遵循园所教学大纲，认真备课、组织课堂活动，培养幼儿英语口语兴趣与初步的跨文化认知。
2. Classroom & Daily Education
Fully participate in children’s daily campus life, create an immersive English environment in class and daily activities. Cooperate with Chinese teachers to manage classroom order, guide children’s good living habits, and ensure children’s safety and orderly daily learning.
课堂与日常保教
全程参与幼儿校园日常活动，打造沉浸式英文语言环境。配合中教维护课堂秩序，引导幼儿养成良好生活、学习习惯，保障幼儿在校安全与日常活动有序开展。
3. Activity Organization
Participate in planning and hosting kindergarten English-themed activities, festivals and parent-child events. Lead children to complete English games, performances and interactive exercises to enrich campus bilingual teaching atmosphere.
