Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible native English teachers to join our international kindergarten. Teachers will teach children aged 3–6 years old, create fun and interactive English classes, and participate in daily kindergarten educational activities. Each class has around 16 students per group.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Full weekends and all Chinese statutory holidays
- Daily Working Time: 08:00 – 17:00
- Lunch Break: 12:00 – 13:00
- Preparation Period: 13:00 – 14:00 (for lesson preparation, training, meetings and campus activities)
- Teaching Load: 10–12 teaching hours per week, each class lasts 30 minutes
- On-campus Duty: Except the 12:00–14:00 break and preparation time, teachers need to accompany and take care of children during working hours

Salary & Welfare Package (Official & Complete Benefits)

1. After-tax Salary: Up to 20,000 RMB per month
Salary is paid on the 15th day of each subsequent month on time.
2. Accommodation: Free fully furnished single private apartment provided
3. Arrival Service: One-time free airport pick-up upon arrival in China
4. Health Check: Free annual physical examination
5. Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance covered by the school
6. Meal Benefit: Free daily working lunch provided
7. Holiday Leave: 5–10 days paid vacation per year, plus 5–15 days unpaid vacation available
8. Flight Reimbursement: Annual airfare subsidy of 5,000 – 10,000 RMB upon contract completion
