Are you a passionate native Japanese speaker with a love for teaching? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Japanese Language Instructor to join our dynamic language training institution in the heart of Beijing!
Position Overview
* Location: Beijing, China
* Institution Type: Language Training School
* Target Students: University students and working professionals
* Visa Sponsorship: Cultural Exchange Visa (Japanese Language Instructor)
* Gender: Open to all qualified candidates
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive Salary: Pre-tax annual salary ranging from ¥250,000 to ¥300,000 RMB (negotiable based on experience).
* Comprehensive Benefits Package:
* 2 days off per week (rotating schedule).
* Statutory public holidays.
* Annual flight allowance: ¥5,000 – ¥7,000 RMB.
* Transportation and meal subsidies.
* Festive holiday bonuses.
Work Schedule
* Flexible Arrangement: No mandatory office hours.
* Teaching Hours: Approximately 100 hours per month on average.
* Seasonal Peak: Please note that teaching hours will be significantly higher during winter and summer vacations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. Must be able to provide a valid Certificate of Employment or hold a Japanese Language Teaching Certificate.
* Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Japanese language proficiency exams and solid professional teaching skills.
* Communication: Proficient in Mandarin Chinese with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability: Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to handle dynamic classroom environments.

* Start Date: To be determined upon successful visa processing.
