Age group:12-15 years oldSalary+Housing: 25,000-28,000 rmb/m before tax-Contract length:2 yearsContract completion bonus:54,000 rmb Fully paid summer and winter holidaysFully paid in all Chinese public holidaysFree lunch provided on campusMedical insurance provided during the contract period.Working hours: 8:10-17:05, maximum 40 hours per week-Reduced teaching load compared with many traditional schools.
-Native English speakerSupport students with KET, PET, and IELTS-style English development, including reading, writing, speaking. listening. grammar, and vocabulary.Use inquiry-based and student-centred teaching approaches aligned with MYP expectations.-Design formative and summative assessments that support student growth and academic confidenceProvide targeted feedback and support for mixed-ability bilingual learners.Support the MYP department professionally, including vice-homeroom or in-class support duties when requiredStrong experience teaching Middle School English, EAL, ESL, or English Language Acquisition.Experience with MYP, IB, Cambridge English, KET, PET, IELTS preparation, or Cambridge Think.-Confidence teaching bilingual learners with different English levelsAbility to make English lessons structured, engaging, accessible, and academically meaningful.
Experience using ManageBac, or willingness to use it consistently and professionally.
-Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
Ability to work well with international and Chinese teaching teams
