Job Details:
- Work Location: Sanya, Hainan Province (Private Middle School)
- Student Age: 12–15 years old
- Visa Type: teaching visa sponsored by the school
- Gender Requirement: Open to all genders
- Start Date: August 2026
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekend shifts
- School Holidays: Fully paid weekends, statutory public holidays, winter and summer vacations (1-month summer vacation & around 20-day winter vacation)

Requirements:
- Native Speaker: Must be a native English speaker from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in English Literature, English Education, TESOL, Linguistics or related fields
- Professional Qualification: Possess QTS, PGCE or valid home-country teaching certification
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years of formal English teaching experience at middle school level

Salary & Benefits (Pre-tax):
- Monthly Basic Salary: RMB 20,000 – 25,000
- Housing Allowance: RMB 5,000 per month
- Meal Benefit: Free daily lunch provided by the school
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance covered
- Flight Allowance: RMB 8,000 per year upon completion of one full contract year
- Moving Allowance: One-time settling-in allowance of RMB 2,000 after arrival in Sanya
- Renewal Bonus: 10% of the annual basic salary as performance bonus for contract renewal upon successful completion of the first contract term
- Salary Payment Rule: The annual basic salary is paid monthly by fixed proportional distribution: 5% in August, 9% each month from September to the following May, and 7% each month in June and July(we
