Job Requirements

1. Native English Speaker: From the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and other mainstream English-speaking countries (no skin color restrictions).
2. Educational Background: Hold a valid Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Working Experience: Candidates with little or relevant teaching experience are acceptable; prior early childhood education experience is preferred.
4. Personal Quality: Passionate, patient and loving towards children, dedicated to early childhood English education.
5. Personal Record: No criminal record, good personal reputation and conduct.
6. Visa Qualification: Eligible to apply for and obtain a Chinese Z work visa legally.

1. Pre-tax Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000 – 18,500 (stable fixed salary)

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as a foreign homeroom teacher, responsible for daily English teaching and classroom management for kindergarten students.
2. Create vivid, interesting and age-appropriate English teaching scenarios to cultivate kids’ English sense and learning interest.
3. Cooperate with Chinese teachers to complete daily class management, student growth observation and daily campus work.
4. Follow the kindergarten’s teaching syllabus, complete lesson preparation, teaching implementation and teaching summary on time.
5. Participate in kindergarten teaching training, themed activities and daily teaching arrangement actively.
