Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Native English‑speaking Female Teacher to join our international early childhood team. This role involves delivering engaging English lessons, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and participating in the daily life of our kindergarten community.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching Schedule – Conduct two classes per day (one morning session, one afternoon session). One session is a structured formal lesson; the other involves immersive accompanying activities (storytime, games, daily routines) to support language acquisition in natural contexts.
Morning Reading (Rotating Duty) – Lead the daily morning reading session from 8:00–8:30 AM on a rotating basis among all foreign teachers (each teacher takes charge for one month).
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1‑hour lunch break).
Lesson Preparation – Dedicated preparation time from 4:00–5:00 PM daily to ensure all teaching materials, lesson plans, and activity resources are well‑prepared and meet our quality standards.
Weekend Marketing Support – Occasionally participate in weekend promotional events (e.g., open days, campus fairs) with compensatory time off provided on weekdays.
Candidate Qualifications (Mandatory)
Native English Speaker (from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland).
Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this role (to align with our young learners’ comfort and our current team composition).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Early Childhood Development, English Literature, or a related field.
Teaching Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of full‑time teaching experience, ideally in an early childhood (ages 2–6) or primary school setting. Experience with play‑based and inquiry‑based methodologies is a plus.
Certifications: A recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120 hours minimum) is highly preferred.
Background Check: Clean criminal record and ability to obtain a valid work visa for China.

Compensation & Benefits (Monthly, pre‑tax)
Base Salary: RMB 18,000 – 20,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
