1) Routine Work Items

Monitor bid status.

Track the signing status of quality/technical agreements.

Review production plans.

Check procurement status.

Confirm material preparation.

Verify design progress.

Verify production progress.

Report to senior management.

Handle customer reception, manage reception expenses, and maintain related ledgers.

2) Scope of PM (Project Management) Business

① Integration Management – Diverse integration and coordination related to the project

ⅰ) Convey and execute instructions related to project tasks.

ⅱ) Develop and manage the project management plan.

ⅲ) Manage project closing (e.g., punch‑list closeout).

② Scope Management – All work and related activities essential for successful project completion

ⅰ) Assign tasks for projects not linked to orders, or for visitor‑related business.

③ Time (Schedule) Management – All activities to ensure timely completion of project tasks

ⅰ) Provide customers with documentation and confirmations, e.g., design progress, production progress, and material/equipment procurement status.

ⅱ) Confirm shipping, transportation, installation progress, and final results.

④ Communication Management – Timely generation, collection, distribution, storage, and final disposal of appropriate project information

ⅰ) Distribute information and report performance results.

ⅱ) Convene and participate in project‑related meetings.

ⅲ) Share information among design, production, procurement, and customer teams; report participation status and any issues affecting delivery schedules.

ⅳ) Act as the primary customer contact for the project and arrange customer hospitality.

ⅴ) Communicate on delivery‑related matters and coordinate regarding testing/commissioning.

⑤ Risk Management – Identify risks that may affect the project delivery schedule and develop countermeasures

ⅰ) Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis.

ⅱ) Establish risk response plans.

ⅲ) Monitor and control risks throughout the project.
