Job Purpose:Provide excellent drama lessons and learning opportunities for all students so that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential in Drama.
Reporting to:MYP or PYP Co-ordinator.
Other key relationships: Other teachers in the Primary School and Upper School, parents and students.
Length of Contract:Two Years
Salary: Competitive, to be agreed.

Person Specification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Drama, primary/secondary education or related field, advanced degree preferred.
· Internationally recognised Teaching Certificate such as U.S Teaching Certification, U.K. P.G.C.E, Qualified Teacher Status.
· Minimum 3 years experience teaching.
· Knowledge and understanding of different Drama Curccicula.
· Experience of exemplary classroom practice within the phase(s) to which they are appointed.
· Understanding of International Schools and teaching in China.
· A strong commitment to extra-curricular activities.
· Excellent inter-personal skills.
· Strong communication, administrative, organisational and IT skills.
· A willingness to engage in School life beyond the regular day.
· A flexible, adaptable approach to living overseas and teaching in a new environment.
