Job Description：Middle‑East Regional Policy Analyst
Department: Research Institute
Employment Type: Full‑time / Part‑time available
Location: Remote‑first; office access available in Guangzhou
Job Overview
We are a consulting firm. Our Research Institute provides customized regional analysis to serve external client demands. We are seeking a policy analyst with deep‑rooted insights into the Middle East. You will conduct independent country‑level policy research and analysis for client‑driven assignments, interpret local political and policy dynamics, and deliver high‑value analytical outputs to meet our clients’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret political shifts, regulatory frameworks and policy evolutions across Middle‑East nations in response to client requirements.
Conduct targeted regional research and produce analytical reports and briefings for client‑oriented projects.
Identify policy‑driven risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable analytical inputs for client‑facing deliverables.
Continuously update intelligence on regional developments to support ongoing client engagements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Middle‑East regional affairs research and analysis. Prior experience in think‑tank, institutional or industry‑focused research is highly preferred.
Arabic proficiency is mandatory. Capable of conversational English for cross‑team communication.
Strong independent research capability, solid logical reasoning and information‑sifting skills.
Proven experience delivering structured analytical deliverables.
