About the Role
We are seeking three dedicated and passionate female English teachers to join our kindergarten team in Futian, Shenzhen. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators who thrive in a dynamic and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons to children aged 3–6.
Plan and implement creative activities that promote language development, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Observe and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the academic team.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education, English, or related fields preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Language: Native English speaker.
Gender: Female candidates preferred (as per school’s specific requirements).
Other: A valid work visa or eligibility to obtain one, a clear criminal record, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
