【Job Responsibilities】
1. Teach English courses to young learners aged 3-12, following the institution's curriculum
2. Design and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans to stimulate students' interest in English
3. Assess students' learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents
4. Participate in teaching research, course development, and internal training sessions
5. Create a fun and positive classroom atmosphere to encourage active student participation
6. Cooperate with the teaching team to improve teaching quality and course materials

【Job Requirements】
1. Native English speakers
2. At least two years of English teaching experience
3. Hold a 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certification
4. Bachelor's degree or above
5. Passionate about working with young learners, patient and enthusiastic
6. Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
