Homeroom Teacher Wanted – Montessori Kindergarten, Beijing
Location:Chaoyang District, Beijing, China
Start Date: August 2026
We are a Montessori kindergarten in the heart of Beijing looking for a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our warm and professional team!
About the Position

Student Age: 3–5 years old
Class Size: Up to 24 students per class
Working Hours:Monday – Friday (specific hours to be confirmed)
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Prep Time: Approximately 1 hour per day (varies by class)
Requirements:
- Native English proficiency
- Experience in early childhood education
- Montessori teaching experience or AMS/AMI certification is a plus
- Patient, caring, and passionate about working with young children
- Valid work visa required
Compensation & Benefit
Monthly Salary: Up to RMB 28,000 (after tax)
- Base salary: up to 28,000 RMB
- Additional 1,000–2,000 RMB for candidates with Montessori experience or AMS/AMI certification
Commercial Insurance: Fully provided
Paid Holidays: Approximately 3 weeks summer holiday + 3 weeks winter holiday
