- Identifying and developing relationships with Chinese customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Coordinating export shipments from China to Europe by sea, air, road and rail.
- Organizing and coordinating transportation with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
- Coordinating customs clearance and ensuring that all required export documentation is properly prepared.
- Monitoring shipments from booking to final delivery and resolving any operational issues.
- Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation.
- Communicating with Chinese and European customers, carriers, customs agents and business partners.
- Obtaining and negotiating freight rates and transportation conditions with local partners.
- Ensuring that shipments are handled efficiently, on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Supporting the development of the company's logistics operations and business network in China.
