We are a leading enterprise headquartered in Shenzhen, specializing in brand laser solutions. Our client roster includes some of China's most prominent automotive brands, including Huawei and XPeng. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Brand PR Specialist to lead our international communications efforts and serve as the English-language face of our brand.
*******Position Overview
——Job Title: Brand PR Specialist
——Location: Shenzhen, China (On-site — remote or off-site arrangements not available)
——Travel: Frequent business travel to the United States required
——Employment Type: Full-time
——Salary Range: RMB 400,000 – 600,000/Annual(inclusive of 3-month annual bonus), negotiable within range
——Key Responsibilities
——Develop and execute overseas brand communication strategies, including international media placement, global social media operations, and cross-border brand events
——Serve as the primary on-camera English spokesperson for the brand, appearing in videos, interviews, and international events
——Craft compelling English-language press releases, brand stories, and marketing copy tailored to Western audiences
——Manage end-to-end overseas PR projects — from strategic planning and budgeting to execution and performance measurement
——Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency across all international touchpoints
——Monitor international media landscape and industry trends, identifying PR opportunities and mitigating reputational risks
——Oversee visual direction of overseas content — ensuring imagery, video, and graphic design resonate with target Western markets

—Basic Qualifications:
——Age: 25–32 years old (candidates up to 35 may be considered in exceptional cases)
——Gender: Male
——Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
——Experience: 2–8 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or media-related roles
——Stability: Consistent employment history — candidates with a pattern of annual job changes or extended employment gaps will not be considered
——Language & On-Camera Capabilities (All Three Required)
——Native-level English — must be a native English speaker from North America or Europe
——Fluent Chinese — HSK Level 5 or equivalent, capable of using Chinese confidently in daily work and internal communication
——On-camera English presentation — natural, confident, and articulate in front of the camera; strong stage presence and vocal delivery
******Core Competencies
——Overseas PR project experience — proven track record of hands-on execution in international communications (e.g., overseas media buying, global social media management, international brand events); must be able to present specific case studies
——English copywriting — strong writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft content that resonates with Western audiences
——Bilingual communication — ability to switch seamlessly between English and Chinese in real-time conversations with accuracy and fluency
——Visual aesthetics — discerning eye for evaluating whether visual content (imagery, video, graphics) is appropriate and appealing for overseas audiences
Independent project management — ability to own projects from concept through execution, with a proactive, self-driven approach rather than waiting for direction
——Industry Preference (Bonus if Met)
——Prior experience in the technology, automotive, or robotics industries

——Photogenic and poised on camera — a polished, professional appearance directly relevant to the on-camera spokesperson role
——Familiarity with both B2B and B2C communication strategies
——Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments while also leading projects independently
——Assessment Process
——Candidates will be evaluated through the following stages:
——Resume & Portfolio Review — including samples of past English writing and overseas PR project case studies
——On-Camera Audition — in-person simulated recording to assess camera presence, voice, tone, and expressiveness
——Bilingual Interview — live conversation switching between English and Chinese to evaluate responsiveness and linguistic accuracy
——Writing Assessment — either submission of previous English writing samples or an on-site timed writing exercise
——Final Interview — in-depth discussion of project experience, strategic thinking, and cultural fit
