Geopolitical Analyst (Junior/Mid-Level/Senior)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track political, economic, and security developments in key global regions (e.g., Indo-Pacific, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America)
- Author geopolitical risk assessments, policy briefs, and scenario analyses
- Provide customized country risk ratings, investment environment analyses, and crisis response recommendations for clients
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in international relations, political science, area studies, security studies, or related fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in open-source information collection and analytical methods
- Prior experience at think tanks, consulting firms, diplomatic or foreign affairs institutions, or media organizations is preferred
- Specialized expertise in specific regions or issues (e.g., energy security, supply chain resilience, technological competition) is an advantage
