Foreign English Teachers Wanted | Shanghai
Location: Shanghai (on-site at our campus)
Teaching Mode: Live online classes via Zoom / ClassIn
Openings: 2–3
Salary: RMB 30K–35K/month (pre-tax)
Work Schedule: Wed–Sun (on-site: office hours + teaching); Mon & Tue off; no more than 40 hours per week

About Us
We deliver English reading and speaking programs for children aged 3–7. With a well-established curriculum team and rich teaching resources, we're looking for passionate educators to join us!

Your Responsibilities
Develop online English reading and speaking courses for students aged 3–7
Prepare and deliver well-structured, highly interactive lessons
Use course materials and teaching tools to ensure learning outcomes
Assign, correct, and evaluate homework and after-class tasks
Participate in public events and brand promotional recordings
Requirements
✅ Native English speaker (UK/US passport holders only)
✅ Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Education, Linguistics, or Literature preferred
✅ Valid TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours)
✅ At least 1 year of teaching experience with young children (ages 4–8)
✅ Willing to travel occasionally for short business trips
✅ Strong cross-cultural communication skills; conversational Chinese for daily communication
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience teaching RAZ, Oxford Reading Tree, or other leveled reading programs
⭐ Familiar with live online teaching platforms such as Zoom and ClassIn
⭐ Skilled at engaging young learners with puppets, props, songs, or drawings
⭐ Previous teaching experience in China, familiar with Chinese culture and work environment
