Job Title: High School Academic English Teacher

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: RMB 25,000–30,000 (before tax)
- Monthly housing allowance: RMB 4,000 (before tax)
- Free lunch provided
- Flight reimbursement: up to RMB 6,000
- Social insurance provided
- Tuition benefit: first child free tuition, second child 50% tuition
- Performance bonus after contract end: up to one month’s salary
- Full support with work visa and renewal
Holidays & Leave
- Winter holiday: 3–4 weeks, paid at 70% of salary
- Summer holiday: 4–5 weeks, paid at 70% of salary
- 11 days of paid national holidays
- 1 day of paid Christmas leave
- Paid sick leave: 5 days
- Paid personal leave: 2 days

Qualifications & Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major, preferably English literature
- Qualified for a working visa application
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
- 3–5 years of secondary school English language teaching experience, with a focus on academic skills and EAL/D or ESL curriculum
- In-depth command of teaching techniques and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to the best interests of students
- Warm, open-minded, and friendly personality

Working Hours & Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:20 pm
- Lunch break: 1 to 1.5 hours
- One night duty per week: 6:30 pm – 9:20 pm
- Weekends off
