General basic requirements (for all mentor positions)
1. Professional ethics: Respect cultural differences among multiple countries, be patient, have the ability to control online classrooms, adhere to appointment deadlines, and value students' classroom experience.
Hard: fluent and authentic spoken language; Having systematic teaching experience, gradually advancing students' abilities, possessing a complete teaching framework, and being able to avoid purely casual oral practice throughout the entire class.
2. Proficient in: adult oral English, children's English, business English, daily communication, grammar correction, and exam preparation; Have the habit of planning before class and providing feedback after class.
Expectation: Able to diagnose students' weaknesses, assign matching exercises, and provide post class learning suggestions.

Supplementary requirements related to teaching quality
1. Lesson preparation ability: Before class, it is necessary to prepare lessons, have basic courseware and practice materials, and not attend classes without teaching.
2. After class feedback: After each class, you can simply output a summary of the class, the weak points of the students, and suggestions for future learning.
3. Error correction ability: Dare to correct pronunciation and grammar errors, not blindly catering to students.
4. Learning awareness: able to distinguish the level of students, match corresponding difficulty content, without exceeding the syllabus or being overly simple.
5. Classroom discipline: Enter the classroom on time and do not arrive late at will; Rational communication is possible when encountering problems from students.
6. Cultural awareness: When facing students from multiple countries, respect the customs and values of different countries, and avoid sensitive topics.
