1. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute China digital marketing strategies
- Manage and run ad campaigns on Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Weibo, and WeChat
- Identify, pitch, and contract appropriate Wanghong and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) tailored to brand identity
- Plan, create, and monitor content based on platform algorithms and latest market trends
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and propose continuous improvement plans

2. Qualifications
- Fluent in both Business Chinese and Korean (speaking and writing)
- Foreign Nationals: TOPIK Level 5 or higher (or equivalent proficiency)
- Korean Nationals: HSK Level 6 or higher (or equivalent proficiency)
- High understanding of Chinese social media platforms and digital content ecosystems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with clients and advertisers
- Excellent planning, analytical, and business presentation/report writing capabilities

3. Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in China digital marketing or managing official brand SNS accounts
- Proven track record in operating at least one of the following channels: Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, or WeChat
- Experience in Wanghong/KOL seeding and collaborative marketing projects
- Experience in live commerce or influencer-driven e-commerce campaigns
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in both Korea and China
