Job Description: Middle School Science Teacher
Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province
Start Date: ASAP, 2026

Key Job Terms & Benefits
• Salary (including housing allowance): RMB 28,000–32,000 per month（pre-tax）
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 16:30)
• Teaching Grades & Curriculum: Grade 6-8
• Free Working Lunch
• Flight Reimbursement: Round-trip ticket
• Visa-related: Work Permit, Residence Permit, and notarization/authentication
fees are reimbursable with valid receipts/invoices
• Insurance Coverage: Social insurance and commercial insurance (AIA)
• Paid Leave: Chinese public holidays, Christmas holidays, winter and summer
vacations
• Sick & Personal Leave: 6 days of paid sick/personal leave per year
• Education Benefit for Children: Full tuition waiver for the first child; 80% tuition
discount for the second child; 50% tuition discount for the thrid child
• Reports To Head of Department (HOD), Principal(s)
Teachers who have completed a 2-year or 3-year contract with satisfactory
performance appraisal and are signing a new contract are eligible for a one-time
continuity allowance.


Qualifications & Requirements
• Age: 25 - 45 years old; Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above in Science Education or related fields
• Valid teaching license from home country is preferred
• Proficient in teaching methodologies of relevant subjects
• Understanding of and ability to teach students of varying abilities
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in international schools is mandatory
