[SCHOOL DESCRIPTION]
Elan provides English language arts training for children aged 3 to 15 in China. Our Beijing centers provide high-quality English literature, reading, writing, and general English programs using our in-house curriculum.

[JOB DETAILS]
Job Title: English Literature and Reading Teacher
- Responsibilities: Teaching English Literature, General English, English Reading, and related classes
- Students: Ages 3-15
- Location: Near The Place / Dongdaqiao Station, Subway Line 6, Chaoyang District, Beijing (CBD)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Hours:
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

[SALARY & BENEFITS]
- Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000-28,000
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 8,000 annually
- Insurance: Commercial medical insurance
- Annual Leave: 5 paid days
- Fully Paid Sick Leave: 3 days per year
- Contract Renewal Bonus: Up to 50% of monthly salary, based on annual performance
- Work Visa: Financial and advance support

- Group Team Building: Team-building trips, parties, Chinese culture forums, and traditional holiday activities

[REQUIREMENTS]
1. Professional English teaching experience
2. Native English speakers preferred; experienced fluent English speakers are also welcome
3. Bachelor's degree preferred
4. Passion for working with children
5. Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere

Please note that this is a benefits package; all other benefits are in addition to the monthly salary.
