Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for on-site civil construction supervision and management; organize construction according to drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
2. Perform site surveying and setting out, including control point verification, axes, elevations, and dimensions, ensuring survey accuracy.
3. Be familiar with and implement construction techniques; conduct technical briefings, process control, and acceptance coordination for key procedures.
4. Coordinate site personnel, materials, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety.
5. Assist the Project Manager/Technical Lead in resolving on-site technical issues; maintain construction logs, concealed work acceptance records, quantity confirmation, and other documentation.
6. Implement site safety and civilized construction requirements; adapt to overseas project site management.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of civil construction site experience.
2. Skilled in using total stations, levels, and other surveying instruments; able to independently perform surveying and setting out.
3. Able to read construction drawings; familiar with complete civil construction processes and acceptance standards.
4. Able to adapt to difficult overseas site conditions and accept long-term project assignment.
5. Physically healthy; able to adapt to the local climate in West Africa.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and capable of site coordination and management.

· This is a resident position in Sierra Leone. The specific project location will be arranged by the company.
· Overseas salary, leave, insurance, accommodation, meals, airfare, etc. shall be implemented according to company policies.
