Job Description：
1. Responsible for developing resources of overseas medical schools, research teams from top‑tier universities and authoritative medical experts; complete resource screening, targeted engagement and long‑term relationship maintenance, and build and optimize an international medical academic expert resource system.
2. Independently conduct preliminary business negotiation and drive progress for diverse international medical academic cooperation projects, covering scenarios such as research achievement translation and commercialization, Sino‑foreign academic co‑construction, and high‑end expert academic seminars; coordinate end‑to‑end project procedures.
3. Continuously research cutting‑edge research trends and core research priorities in the global medical field, accurately match high‑quality experts and research group resources, facilitate confirmation of cooperation intentions, and sort, compile and archive all cooperation documents.
4. Collaborate with core domestic teams to deliver academic exchanges between domestic and overseas experts and joint research initiatives. Regularly deliver resource expansion analysis reports and customized cooperation implementation plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
5. Deeply engage in international medical academic circles, maintain partnerships with experts and research teams, continuously identify potential cooperation opportunities, and develop long‑term, stable and in‑depth academic cooperation channels.

Job Requirements：
1. Educational background in Medicine, Biomedicine, Public Health or related disciplines. Master’s or Doctoral degree from overseas medical schools is preferred.
2. Established connections within domestic and overseas medical schools and university research communities; prior access to professors and research group resources is a plus.
3. Hands‑on experience in international medical academic cooperation, expert resource operation, research achievement translation or related projects; capable of independently handling resource engagement, business negotiation and project execution.
4. Proficient in both Chinese and English for cross‑cultural communication; familiar with research operation mechanisms of overseas universities, and aware of communication logic and cooperation models for international medical experts.
5. Strong business negotiation, communication and coordination skills; adept at managing relationships within academic communities, with agile thinking and solid execution capability.
6. Flexible working hours. Remote part‑time arrangement is available. Full‑time employment can also be discussed for interested candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior working experience in healthcare services, biopharmaceuticals, general health and medical industries is preferred.
