Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional service to hotel and restaurant guests.
Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables.
Answer guest inquiries, assist guests with various needs.
Maintain clean and tidy dining and public areas.
Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operation.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Customer-oriented, patient and friendly.
Previous hospitality /restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Hard-working, team player.
