About the Role
You'll be the on-camera face of our TikTok and Instagram accounts for Korea and Spanish-speaking Latin America: hosting talking-head videos about our platform and products, shooting short-form content and doing basic editing. You'll build a recognizable personal style that grows our brand awareness in these markets.
Ideal Candidates
• University students and recent graduates — current students are welcome to apply
• Native Korean or Spanish speakers from Korea, Latin America or other Spanish-speaking regions; Korean-Chinese candidates with native-level Korean are also welcome
Requirements
• Native or near-native Korean or Spanish, speaking naturally and idiomatically on camera
• Your own on-camera content account on any platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc.) with 5,000+ followers; this may be relaxed for candidates with relevant work or on-camera experience
• The account must be run solely by you, with a consistent body of on-camera content (daily-life vlog accounts do not qualify)
• On-site work, no remote; current students need a stable weekly schedule (days negotiable)
What You Bring
• Photogenic, with a polished image and strong on-camera presence
• Clear, fluent speaker with some filming and talking-head experience
• Quick learner who can understand our products and explain them clearly
• Able to communicate with the team in Chinese or English and work smoothly with planning, filming and operations
• Outgoing, approachable and confident on camera
• Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; you care about quality and keep iterating
• Basic editing in CapCut, including talking-head video editing
Nice to Have
• Interest in AI products; familiar with talking-head, lifestyle or beauty content
• 50,000+ followers
• Can shoot independently, with a good eye for framing, set design and region-appropriate styling and makeup
• Knowledge of local platforms, trends and audience tastes in Korea or Latin America
• Multilingual — fluent Chinese or English is a plus

• Cuenta propia de contenido frente a cámara en cualquier plataforma (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc.) con más de 5.000 seguidores; es flexible si tienes experiencia laboral o frente a cámara relevante
• La cuenta debe ser gestionada solo por ti y tener contenido frente a cámara constante (no se aceptan cuentas solo de vlogs del día a día)
• Trabajo presencial, sin opción remota; si eres estudiante, necesitas un horario semanal estable (días a convenir)

• 한국어 또는 스페인어 원어민 수준으로, 카메라 앞에서 자연스럽게 말할 수 있는 분
• 본인이 직접 운영하는 출연형 콘텐츠 계정 보유 (플랫폼·국가 무관: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, 더우인, 샤오홍슈, 빌리빌리 등), 팔로워 5,000명 이상 — 관련 업무 또는 출연 경험이 있으면 완화 가능
• 본인 단독으로 운영하는 계정이며, 출연 콘텐츠가 체계적으로 쌓여 있는 분 (일상 브이로그 위주 계정은 제외)
• 오프라인 출근 필수 (재택 불가), 재학생은 안정적인 출근 일정 확보 필요 (요일 협의 가능)
