University in Zhanjiang is seeking a native English speaking instructor to join our dynamic team.**

Requirements:**
- Native English speaker
- Under 60 years of age

*Salary:
- PhD holders: 10,200 RMB per month
- Master's degree holders: 9,000 RMB per month
- Bachelor's degree holders: 8,300 RMB per month

Additional Benefits:
- Monthly internet allowance of 100 RMB
- Cultural exploration allowance after one year of service: 2,200 RMB
- Half-year service allowance: 1,100 RMB

Travel Subsidy:
- After one year of service: 11,000 RMB for non-Asian countries, 10,000 RMB for Asian countries
- After one semester of service: Half of the above amounts
Perks:
- Complimentary accommodation in an apartment
- Water utility covered (electricity and gas to be paid by the tenant)
- Occasional festival subsidies totaling 2,850 RMB for holidays such as Chinese New Year and Teacher's Day, typically paid along with the monthly salary and not reflected in the contract
