a) For candidates who choose to make their contact information invisible to recruiters, we have developed this “Invite only” product where the recruiter can only send invitation for application to the candidates.

The candidates will respond by applying for the job recruiter has posted when he/she is interested in job the recruiter has posted.

b) Recruiter can also use this feature to send invitations for applications to candidates during resume search in the resume database. The recruiter must have an online job ad when sending invitation for application.

Online job ads that are valid for 3 more days are suitable for this feature.

You may click “Invite application” on your online job ads and choose the matching candidates to invite application

or search candidates in resume database to invite application.

The candidate has 72 hours to respond to the invitation of application. The recruiter can send second invitations after 72 hours but cannot send invitation to the same candidate if the invitation has already been rejected.

Those resumes marked “From invitation” in your resume folder are sent by candidates on your invitation. You can also select the search criteria to view the resumes on invitation.
