1.迎送宾客，回答宾客的询问，提供专业的指引、协助与服务；

3.营造良好的就诊环境和秩序，督促做好公共卫生和保持环境整洁；

4.收集宾客的各种意见和建议，及时反馈相关服务部门，不断改进工作；

5.向客户推荐相关套餐产品和服务；
5 recommend related products and services to customers;
5.协助专业医疗人员为宾客提供优质的服务。

岗位要求：
Job requirements:
1.有销售经验者佳，中专以上学历；
1 sales experience is preferred, technical secondary school or above;
2.极强的沟通协调能力，敏锐的观察力，具备主动服务意识，懂礼仪接待；
2 strong communication and coordination ability, keen observation, with active service consciousness, understand etiquette reception;
3.形象气质佳，身高160cm-170cm之间，简历请附近照；
3 image quality is good, height 160cm-170cm, please take a photo of your resume;
4.有酒店管理经验者优先。
4 hotel management experience is preferred.
