Students:
Sophomore to Senior students in a public university (most Chinese)

Contract:
Full time employment from Sep. 2016 to June 2017 (10 months) (able to renew)

Subjects to Teach:
Intermediate Financial Management
Advanced Financial Management
Managerial Accounting
Cost Accounting

Expected Candidate:
native English speaker with Master's degree or above
TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent preferred
teaching experience in relevant fields preferred

Course Description for Reference:
Cost Accounting --
This course highlights the learning of functions and types of cost accounting, fundamental principles of cost accounting system design and cost accounting methods, comparison and application of costing methods including job costing, process costing and classification costing.
Managerial Accounting --
This course emphasizes the use of accounting information for internal purposes as opposed to the external disclosure focus of the financial accounting course. The design of management accounting systems for planning and controlling operations and for motivating personnel is covered. The course integrates accounting with ideas from microeconomics, data analysis, decision analysis, finance, and operations management.
Intermediate Financial Management --
This course emphasizes teaching fundamental principles of financial management. The content covers aspects of financial management environment and financial market, financial policy, value of cash flows, cash budget, fund plan and cash management, benefits and risk analysis as well as investment decision-making method.
Advanced Financial Management --
This course is to introduce advanced concepts and methods of financial management. Topics include risk and return, asset evaluation, capital budgeting, capital structure, business financial planning and working capital management.
